What Type of Learner are You?

There are three types of learner; Visual, Audio and Kinesthetic. Each of these learning styles has its own features.

Visual Learners

Visual learners learn best by looking at visual things such as worksheets or books etc. If you are a visual learner you will probably revise best by reading notes from lessons , looking at internet websites, or by creating flash cards, as this allows you to take in the information in this way. You may also prefer to stick notes around a room and look at each one individually, taking mental notes as you go.

Audio Learners

Audio learners learn best by listening to information being spoken. If you are an audio learner you may like to record lessons onto tape, or make audial notes using voice recorders, and play them back later for revision. You may also wish to have somebody else read the information to you and then you repeat the information back to them until you remember it.

Kinesthetic Learners

Kineshetic learners learn best by performing physical activities. If you are a kinesthetic learner ou may prefer to move around and look at things rather than staying still and reading or listening to audial aids.

2.

Don't revise too much! If you try to revise for long periods of time you are more likely to forget the information. Revise for short periods several times a day.
