In this page you will see several tip and techniques on how to achieve the best results in your current exams.

If you follow these useful tips your learning will be easy. You will learn with a better feeling and approach. Over a period of time this will show after you take your exams and hopefully see an improvement in the grades you receive.

 

* Early nights

Take onboard lots of water

* Eat fruit and veg

* Revise in quite places

* Use your learning style to suite you

* Turn off any form of distraction i.e. TV, music or mobile phone

* Listen to music if you prefer

* Use the correct lighting

* Use bright colours to help you remember

* Ensure your comfortable

* Take breaks up to 30 minutes

* Revise in blocks

* Use revision cards or sticky notes

Kinesthetic?

If you are a kinesthetic learner you will probably be best of making some revision cardssticky notes or even quiz's for you to get involved with to help you remember your notes and key terms.

Audio?

If you are an audio learner, try to record yourself on a tape or a podcast from the notes you have receive during school. Or you could always use our online podcast to help you with several tips and techniques.

Visual?

If your a visual learner you may want to search several educational websites to find video that they provide as part of the GCSE exams. Or you could make individual presentations in class which you can they revised from and take notes.

 

Music?

On

Having music on can help people relax and feel in a better environment which can help you remember things, especially for those that are audio learners. 

Off

However this can also put some people off, as you may see this as a distraction, especially for those who aren't audio learners.
